How our service works...

During the past 5 years we have changed the face of legionella testing in the UK. What was once a costly exercise is now affordable for any company, care home, factory or hotel. Instead of white coated chemists arriving and alarming your staff, you simply fill a bottle yourself.

Our directors and staff comprise chemists, biologists and engineers - an essential mix when dealing with bacteria, water and buildings.

All analysis is undertaken at our UKAS accredited laboratories.


	1. We post the bottles / courier bags & “Courier Pick Up Request” sheets out to your nominated address/es.
	2. You fill the bottles, then complete the “Courier Pick Up Request” sheet. Then fax us this sheet, we organise and pay the courier costs.
	3. The “filled” bottles and “Courier Pick Up Request” are put into the courier bag.
	4. The courier takes the samples to our laboratory for analysis.
	5. The results sheet will interpret the bacteria levels - if poor, we will suggest what remedial actions are necessary. We send the results certificate out to your Office or direct to your client (or both) - just let us know your preference.
	6. Our database will be updated with the results. Soon clients will be able to view their own analysis certificates over the internet, using a password.
	7.We will remind you by phone or letter when the next tests are due.

Don’t Forget!

The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 came into force on 6th April 2008.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to use our Courier Service to collect samples from the following list of post codes and off-mainland areas. We will instead send you a pre-paid postage pack which we ask that you return via your local Post Office as soon as you have taken the samples.
