How our legionella testing service works

During the past 15 years we have changed the face of legionella testing in the UK. What was once a costly exercise is now affordable for any company, care home, factory or hotel. Instead of white coated chemists arriving and alarming your staff, you simply fill a bottle yourself.

Our directors and staff comprise chemists, biologists and engineers - an essential mix when dealing with bacteria, water and buildings.

All analysis is undertaken at our UKAS accredited laboratories.

    We send you the kit

Step 1 - We send you the kit

We post the bottles / courier bags & “Courier Pick Up Request” sheets out to your nominated address/es.

     You fill and return

Step 2 - You fill the bottles

You fill the bottles, then complete the “Courier Pick Up Request” sheet. Then email/fax us this sheet, we organise and pay the courier costs.

We will remind you by email, fax or by mail when your  next tests are due.

    Dont Forget!

The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 came into force on 6th April 2008.

Companies or organisations whose gross negligence causes the death of an individual will face prosecution for manslaughter.

Postcodes which have limited courier collection services:

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, couriers provide a less frequent service from the following list of post codes and off-mainland areas.

Furthermore, for these postcodes, the couriers charge an additional premium of £15.00.

There is an option where we will instead send you a pre-paid postage pack which we ask that you return via your local Post Office as soon as you have taken the samples. If you would like to use the Post Office instead of couriers, please contact us by telephone before you order.
