Legionella Test Kit

· The cost of this product includes the following:-

Water samples are incubated for a full 10 days at the laboratory before the final results can be confirmed.

There are over 50 different species of legionella, some are much more pathogenic than others. Whenever we find legionella bacteria we will perform additional analysis (at no extra cost) to identify if  the strain is legionella Pneumophila and provide professional advice on the risks posed.

TVC\E.Coli\Coliforms

Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Mycobacteria are very slow growing; the water samples are incubated for 28 days at the laboratory before the final results can be confirmed.

Sulphate Reducing Bacteria

Sulphate Reducing Bacteria are slow growing; the water samples are incubated for 21 days at the laboratory before the final results can be confirmed.

Nitrite Reducing Bacteria

Legionella bacteria take 10 days incubation before a final result scan be confirmed, if TVCs are elevated or Pseudomonas are found, AquaCert will contact you by phone/email before the final certificate is sent out.
